STEP 1

CONNECT & DISCUSS OPTIONS

During our initial call or meeting (I am virtual as well), I'll get to know you and your goals and determine if we want to work together. I'll also take this time to explain how I plan to represent and guide you at every step of the process. 

Next, we'll uncover what you're truly looking for and create your ultimate wishlist. This wishlist should include things like your likes, dislikes, and must-haves so we can begin narrowing down the homes on the market that fit your criteria.

STEP 2

GET PRE-APPROVED

The last thing you want to do is fall in love with a home that's simply outside of your price range. Getting pre-approved for a loan will prevent this from happening and allow us to focus on homes that not only meet your criteria but more importantly, fit within your price range that you set with us; even when it's LESS than your max pre-approval amount. We never show you houses above the amount you tell us you want to spend, unless you ask us too!

STEP 3

FIND THE ONE

Not only will I send you listings that meet your criteria, but we also provide this awesome website to look at houses for sale. We do this because many other online sources, like Zillow, Redfin and Trulia deliberately delay when they update under contracts and pending homes. They do this so it looks like they have more homes for sale on their website, when in fact thats not the case. Don't be fouled. Use this site to shop to make sure the list of homes you are reviewing is updated every 15 minutes!

STEP 4 

WRITE AN OFFER

I review current and past solds to offer my professional opinion of value and help you write a competitive offer, which is important in such a competitive market. Lucky for you, not only am I an expert in this market but I am also specifically certified as both a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and a Certified Multiple Offer Expert (CMOE) and you can count on me to always do what's in your best interest. Once you have an accepted offer, we will work together to select and arrange for inspections, appraisal, and mortgage approval. Not only is there negotiation needed on price, but also after inspections and appraisal. This may sound overwhelming, but I'm here to make this process as easy as possible.

STEP 5

CLOSE & CELEBRATE!

Congratulations! It's time to close on your dream home. 

On closing day, the final paperwork is signed and the home is officially handed over to you. You'll receive the keys and that's it, you're officially a new homeowner, but our support for you never stops. No matter what happens after closing please call us for help with anything.
